For technical and enterprise B2B founders

You worked your network. Then it ran out.

If you are a founder or on the founding team at a technical or enterprise B2B software company, and sales still runs through you, this is a 90-day program to build a repeatable pipeline motion you own. Not an agency retainer. The system my agency runs, packaged for founding teams.

Live working sessions, the system I train my own team on, and a campaign we build together.

This is the pattern, almost every time.

You have a working product and a few users.

Most of them came from your own network: former colleagues, people who already trusted you, buyers who took the call because it was you. That is the easiest pipeline you will ever have.

    Then the network ran out.

There was nothing behind it. No repeatable way to find the next twenty conversations with people who have never heard of your name or your company.

    So pipeline became guesswork.

You are already wearing every hat. Outreach becomes the thing that slips, and you cannot tell which of your last ten attempts actually worked or why.

Hiring an agency on day one is the wrong first investment.

I have run the agency side of this for fifteen years, and I will be the first to tell a bootstrapped or pre-revenue company not to hire one yet. An agency is a force multiplier on a motion that already works. If nobody has figured out who your ICP actually is, or what to say to them, you are paying a premium for someone else to run that experiment on your behalf.

Build the motion first. Then when you do hire, whether that is an expensive account executive or an agency like mine, you will know exactly how to equip them and you will be able to tell within weeks whether they are doing the job. That is the difference between a hire that works and an expensive nine months.

This is built for a specific kind of company.

    This is for you if:

    • You are a founder or on the founding team, and sales still runs through you
    • You sell technical or enterprise B2B software
    • You have a working product and some users, most of them from your own network
    • You are bootstrapped or pre-revenue, and an agency retainer is not the right spend yet
    • You are willing to run the motion yourself for ninety days

This is not for you if:

    • You want someone else to do the outreach for you (that is my agency, and it is a different budget)
    • You are pre-product and still deciding what you sell
    • You are selling to consumers, or low-ticket SMB
    • You want a list of leads rather than a way to generate them
    • You need pipeline this week

    Three things, no fluff.

    Live working sessions

Recurring calls with me, not recorded modules you will never finish. You bring your market, your messaging and your numbers, and we fix them on the call.

The system I train my own team on

ICP definition, targeting, messaging frameworks, sequences and the qualification criteria we use on live client accounts. The same material, adjusted for a founding team running it themselves.

    A campaign we build together

We build and launch one real campaign inside the program. You watch it get built, we read the replies together, then you run the next one yourself.

What the ninety days looks like.

    1

    Who you are actually for

Exactly who your ICP is, and just as importantly who to disqualify. Most pipeline problems are diagnosed here, before a single message goes out.

    2

What to put in front of them

The messaging and offer framing that earns a reply from a buyer who has never heard of you and has no reason to care yet.

    3

    The motion, running

Targeting, list, sequence, follow-up. Live, against real prospects in your market, not a worksheet.

    4

    Reading the signal

We look at what came back, fix what did not land, and you keep the loop.

What you have at the end.

    • A clear answer to who your ICP is, backed by real replies rather than a guess
    • Messaging you have tested on people who had no reason to take your call
    • Meetings coming in on a repeatable basis
    • Pipeline an expensive account executive can actually work, instead of one who spends six months hitting the phones
    • The ability to hire a rep or an agency and know within weeks whether they are doing the job
    • A stronger story for your next raise, because pipeline is evidence

    The honest math.

    Hire an AE now

    What it costs you
    A salary plus ramp
    Who learns your market
They do, while you pay for it
    What you own
A hire who may have no pipeline to work
    What happens next
Six months before you know if it worked

    Hire an agency now

    What it costs you
    A monthly retainer
    Who learns your market
    The agency does
    What you own
The meetings, for as long as you pay
    What happens next
Fastest path, if you already know your ICP

Run it yourself for ninety days

    What it costs you
    One engagement
    Who learns your market
    You do
    What you own
    The motion, permanently
    What happens next
You hire later, and know how to make them succeed

Fifteen years, a few hundred technical founders.

I have spent the last fifteen years building and scaling business development for technical and enterprise B2B companies, selling into some of the hardest buyers to reach. My agency, Vital Traffic Labs, does this for clients every day. This program is that system, packaged for teams who should not be paying agency retainers yet.

    Questions.

We cover pricing on the fit call. It is a single engagement, not a monthly retainer, and it is a fraction of what the done-for-you program costs. If it is not a fit, I will say so on the call.

Plan on a few hours a week. You are running the motion, that is the entire point. If you do not have a few hours a week for pipeline, the agency model is the better fit for you.

No. That is my agency, and it is a considerably larger budget. In this program you run the motion and I build it with you.

That is the normal starting point. Almost always it is positioning and targeting rather than effort. That is the first thing we fix.

Good. That is often the right move once the motion works. You will know what to hand them, what to hold them to, and whether they are earning the retainer. Plenty of founders come back to my agency at exactly that point.

Because most companies at this stage cannot afford us and should not be paying us yet. Teaching the system is the honest version of the offer at your size, and it tends to come back around later.

You own the assets and the motion. Plenty of founders run it themselves from there. Some hand it to us once they have scaled past doing it themselves, which is fine too.

    Book a fit call.

Twenty minutes on my calendar. We will talk about where you are today, what you have already tried, and whether this is the right thing for you right now. If it is not, I will tell you what to do instead.
